ok, to both sides of the guild, you are allowed to hav eyour own jedi/sith hunting squads or bounty/trooper squads, but you can't attack eachother. One side is the sith, so they could hunt any republic class and make a squad for it, but can't attack the other side of this guild. And the Republic side, can make a sith hunting squad, but once again, can't attack the sith side of the guild...

To Nelson's point, that is why it will be so very important to get a tabard or something that everyone in the guild will were so that we know everyone's toons that are in the guild. I am sure they will give us a piece of armor or emblem that will go on our armor so that guild's can differentiate themselves.
